Brett has been married to his beautiful wife for 35 years and they have two grown sons.
Mr. Williams has been involved in the field of mental health since 1986 and has been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 1991.
He graduated from Westmont College with a BA in Psychology, and received his masters degree from the California State University of Los Angeles in Clinical Psychology.
Brett is the author of two books, You Can Be Right Or You Can Be Married, and Xaler and the Dragon. (Xaler is the word relax spelled backward)
Brett also created the Date Night Deck, 52 date night ideas to help couples reconnect in their relationship.
He has created a new theory in working with couples called Love-Based Solutions.
Mr. Williams was the Executive Director of OCMarriage- the Orange County Health Marriage Project, in California.
He was also the Executive Director of Behavioral Health for My Expert Solution, in Provo Utah.
He was the director of the outpatient clinic at Mountain View Hospital, in Payson Utah.
Brett has appeared on numerous TV and radio programs including FOX News and KRLA radio Los Angeles.
Mr. Williams has served on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) as a Member at Large, as well as served as the President of the Orange County chapter.
Brett has spoken a numerous conferences, including 6 time at the annual conference for the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
Currently, he is working on a new book; Consider- A New Neuropsychology.
The book is based on a new theory of Positive Psychology call Psystems (with a silent P) developed by Mr. Williams.
For his day job, Brett with Addo Recovery and is in practices Mondays through Thursday.
